Economic Development

HepsiTürkiye'den

The presence of local products in digital platforms helps them reach a wide consumer base, increases income and employment at a societal level, promotes commercial activity, and contributes to the development of more sustainable local economies. At the same time, substituting imported goods reduces negative environmental impacts associated with long-distance transportation, increases ecosystem resilience, and brings positive social impacts such as strengthening the country’s self-sufficiency, preserving traditional cultures, and empowering communities. In this regard, we believe that supporting local development through e-commerce is one of the key pillars of our corporate culture and our approach to growing and developing together with our stakeholders. Accordingly, we continue to launch new projects that will accelerate the development of both businesses and the national economy. With the HepsiTürkiye'den program we launched in 2021 in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, we continue to support SMEs, women entrepreneurs, and cooperatives producing local goods in their regions by helping them enter the e-commerce ecosystem and strengthening their economic participation.

Through the HepsiTürkiye'den program, we offer geographically indicated products on our platform to highlight their quality, traditional value, and distinctiveness; and we provide strong marketing and branding support to producers including commission discounts, promotions, training, shipping, and call center services. For local producers who have never engaged in e-commerce before, we offer the opportunity to sell online via our platform and reach customers across Turkey with our robust support. By supporting the awareness and promotion of endangered traditional, cultural, or artistic professions and crafts, we help preserve our national treasures and carry cultural and artistic values into the future, while also revitalizing the local economy and contributing to the national economy. In 2022, as part of the HepsiTürkiye'den program, we partnered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey to promote geographically indicated products through the e-commerce sector. In this way, we aim to legally protect products produced with traditional and local ingredients and introduce them to countless consumers both in Turkey and around the world via e-commerce. We also aim to raise awareness about geographically indicated products and offer informative training on the rights and responsibilities of both producers and consumers to promote our national values.

Goodness Movement During Ramadan

As Hepsiburada, with the hope of bringing abundance to the tables of thousands, we continue to deliver our Ramadan Solidarity Packages to families in need every year.

In collaboration with the Ahbap Association, established to strengthen the culture of helping in society, we delivered 5,000 solidarity packages to families in need across Turkey via HepsiJET in 2022.

By including our customers in this goodwill movement, we offered 'Ramadan Solidarity Packages' for sale on our platform. In this way, Hepsiburada customers were able to provide support safely and conveniently to those in need across Turkey during Ramadan.

In 2023, we delivered food parcels specially prepared for Ramadan to families in need in the earthquake-affected regions in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent and İhtiyaç Haritası.

In 2025, as a supporter of the TOKTUT Association, we provided hot meals to 5,000 people during five iftar events organized in container cities in Antakya. Additionally, we invited our customers to join the solidarity by offering TOKTUT digital support cards and Ramadan Feast aid package cards.
