Promise for the Future

With the Promise for the Future program, we aim to support university students' personal, academic, and professional development; reduce opportunity inequalities among youth, facilitate their access to education and employment, and equip new talents for the digitalizing job market.

The Promise for the Future training and internship program, specially designed for 3rd and 4th-year engineering students at universities in Anatolia, prioritizes young people affected by the 6th February 2023 Kahramanmaraş Earthquake, either personally or through their families, in the first two terms of the program. The program offers training focused on e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and marketing, and provides internship and mentorship opportunities at Hepsiburada for students who achieve the highest success scores.

The Promise for the Future program ensures that young people grasp the fundamental principles of e-commerce while equipping them with the skills necessary for embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. Additionally, they acquire knowledge and experiences that will empower them in every area of life and work, such as interview techniques, web design, gender equality, effective presentation preparation, and LinkedIn usage.

When selecting program participants, an 80% female student quota is applied. Young people who complete the program with a 90% success rate are eligible for a participation certificate, while a select number of the highest achievers are granted the opportunity to intern at Hepsiburada.

A Smile is Enough

As Hepsiburada of Turkey, we believe that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the right to access quality books, stationery, and toys. We value taking steps with responsible brand awareness to deliver this right to children.

At Hepsiburada, we believe that every child has the right to access quality books, stationery, and toys, regardless of their circumstances. We take action with the awareness that delivering this right to children requires responsible brand consciousness.

For this purpose, we launched the "A Smile is Enough" project, inspired by children's smiles, on April 23, 2022, National Sovereignty and Children's Day. Through our project, we continue to bring thousands of quality books, stationery products, and toys to children studying in village schools across Turkey.

In 2023, we carried out a comprehensive effort in cooperation with public institutions and non-governmental organizations to quickly deliver aid materials to those in need and heal the wounds of the earthquake disaster. Based on our field research and observations, we organized activities with our "A Smile is Enough" project to help children escape from the earthquake atmosphere. By considering the happiness on a child's face as a success, we have reached over 250,000 children so far.

As part of our latest collaboration in 2025, we have been the supporters of books and board games for Suna’s Daughters Children's Living Centers in the provinces affected by the February 6th earthquakes for a year.

We continue our efforts to expand our "A Smile is Enough" project nationwide and join in the smiles of 1 million children.

Because A Smile is Enough, and a smile is worth everything.
